Offensive Use:
Our products may not be used in ways that portray identifiable people in a negative, defamatory, or offensive manner.
Unaltered Copies:
Selling or distributing unaltered copies as standalone items (e.g., posters, prints, physical merchandise) is prohibited without modification.
Implied Endorsement:
Our digital products may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement or association with the people, brands, or businesses featured in the content.
Trademark Use:
Our images, photos, or videos cannot be used as part of a trademark, design-mark, trade name, business name, or service mark.
Our products MUST NOT be used in the creation, distribution, or promotion of:
- Content that violates any laws or regulations.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Harmful or malicious purposes, such as phishing, hacking, or spreading malware.
- Misleading advertisements or fake endorsements.
- Explicit or pornographic material that violates applicable laws or consent.
Enforcement:
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the immediate removal of access to our platform and services. Further legal action may be pursued in cases of severe or malicious violations.
